The NicheSite Lab was designed as a way for me to share my 6 years experience in niche site development and SEO with those looking to build a sustainable income online.

I built my first website in 2014 and had absolutely no idea what I was doing.
And who would’ve thought – it failed miserably.
I tried again in 2017 with a data-driven approach and have been actively building since then.
My first successful site (co-founded) performed incredibly well, with over 350,000 sessions/mo at the time of my exit.
Now, I focus on 4 sites that I run on my own, all in different niches, and varying levels of success.
During the day, I work as Data Analyst in the Healthcare industry. At night, I focus on staying high on Google SERPs, and building a loyal community.
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family, fly drones, workout, and travel to new breweries.
